There are many project design and functionality issues that must be established during the course of a project. This document contains some of the issues and questions that we will be reviewing at the kickoff meeting. In an effort to use the time during the kickoff meeting most efficiently, it would help if you would write down your preliminary ideas, decisions, and best guesses to the following set of questions. If you find yourself responding to a question(s) with the thought, åI thought that was the purpose of a design workshop,π simply move on to the next question. Please send us this document prior to the kickoff meeting so that we can review them.
