The Response Network’s portal Policecommunity.Net will provide online training in partnership with leading police associations such as the IACP, IACLEA and APCO where “professionals” taught by professionals can visit and take in service online training as well as gain certification leading to degree granting programs from major universities.
These sample courses are short demonstrations of the kinds of high quality, self-paced online training that The Response Network is developing for the law enforcement community in partnership with leading public safety organizations. By design they are not full courses. They were created to preview the use of high quality graphics and videos in combination with leading practices in instructional design and assessment. These are but a small sampling of what is possible. In addition to self-paced courses, Policecommunity.Net will also develop instructor lead and blended courseware over the next 24 months. WE NEED YOUR FEEDBACK.

The three courses below are not full courses but just short samples. The final courses for launch will be more complete and developed at a higher level of performance. Early courses at launch will be self-paced. Eventually, blended courses will be developed as well.
In addition we have provided a sample course outside of law enforcement which was developed for Lockheed-Martin as a contractor for the U.S. NAVY on the Navy's very sophisticated AEGIS System. This course is used to train incoming professionals who will use the system. The course reflects a higher level of performance and the type of courseware development Policecommunity.Net will strive to develop in all of its Law Enforcement online courseware.
